Race
Information
The 2-day race format will mainly have the heats (and semi-finals where necessary) on Saturday and the finals on Sunday. The only exception will be for the U15 and Novice events (their heat and final will occur on the same day. Some Saturday, some Sunday).
There will be no lightweight categories
Para events are included.
PR1 and PR2 1x for men and women
PR2 and PR3 2x for men, women and mixed
Entries for each category will be consolidated into one race. These entries will have the opportunity to race on both Saturday and Sunday.
Please note the progression format. Finals will have a maximum of 2 races per event.
U15 and Novice events:
Three (3) to Six (6) entries - Straight Final
Seven (7) to Nine (9) entries - Heats x 2, Final A
Ten (10) to Fourteen (14) entries - Heats x 3, Final A and B
The final are a Six (6) lane race
U17 and U19 events:
Three (3) to Six (6) entries - Heat for lanes, Final
Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) entries - Heats x 2, Final A and B
Fifteen (15) to no more than 25 entries - Heats, Winners of heats move straight to final A, rest to Semi-finals, the next fastest times will move to Final A and B
The finals A and B are Six (6) lane races
We are allowing composite crews for the U19 Mens and Womens 8+ events.
A Mixed 4x event will be included as exhibition and will only race as a straight final on Sunday with a maximum of 7 entries.

Parking will be available on Cygnet Dr, Swans Nest Dr, Cygnet Pl & Swans Nest Pl. No access beyond Cygnet Pl intersection on Indian Road. No Parking along Indian Rd, Knights of Columbus Hall or in Regatta Zone
